Shipping information

WomenWorks currently only delivers within Europe.

Delivery time
Is the item in stock? Then your order will be shipped as soon as we receive your order.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, the delivery time is on average 5 to 14 days.
In the unlikely event that delivery takes longer, we will of course notify you.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands:
Shipments are made via DHL. The costs we charge for transport are €7.95 for a parcel and €4.95 for letterbox parcels. 
Orders over €125 are delivered free of charge. (Different rates apply to resellers.)

Shipments are made via DHL. The costs we charge for transport are:

Returns.
Items purchased by you can be exchanged or returned within 14 days. If you wish to exchange or return an item, please fill in the back of the invoice and enclose it with your return shipment. Items must be delivered to WomenWorks undamaged and in their undamaged original packaging.

Not quite what you were looking for? For customers in the Netherlands: you can use the enclosed return label to exchange your item (new item) or return it (money back).
A shipping fee of €4.95 will be charged for returns. 

Not delivered by DHL or picked up at a pickup point.
Did DHL visit while you were not at home and the package was not picked up at the collection point afterwards?
In that case, we will charge €7.95 in shipping costs.
This only applies to orders for which no shipping costs have been paid (under €125).

Did you not receive your order after the shipping confirmation?
If you have not received your order 2 to 3 days after our shipping confirmation by email and you have not received a delivery notice from DHL, please feel free to contact us.
We will check your shipment via Track & Trace and inform you about the status of your delivery.

Important:
You must send returns in a separate box or bag. We often receive shoe boxes covered in writing and stickers, which means we can no longer sell them with the original box. If we receive packages like this, we are forced to charge €12.50 per product. Clothing must always be returned in its original packaging and with labels attached. If this is not the case, the same applies as for damaged packaging.

Sold out items:
When returning sold out items, you will not receive a refund, but a code worth the order amount, which you can use once in our webshop when placing a new order.
